Our principals Alistair McKeough, David Hwang and Andrew Whitten all have extensive experience helping businesses to structure and scale and helping founders achieve exits, in addition to decades of experience in project managing and negotiating complex transactions.

From 2010 to 2020, our principals were the driving force behind Whittens & McKeough, Sydney’s preeminent boutique corporate law firm and Australia’s largest provider of outsourced Company Secretary services to ASX-listed companies. Between 2010 and 2020, Whittens & McKeough handled more ASX listings than any other law firm on Australia’s east coast. That business merged with the share registry Automic Group in 2018. From 2018 to 2022, our principals grew Automic, which by 2022 had around 600 clients listed on the ASX and provided services to over one-third of the ASX.
